Supervising Others (Supervisor Training Series sponsored by Northwest State Community College)

Working as a supervisor requires excellent time management
and self-motivation. This workshop will help attendees become
more efficient and effective at; clearly defining expectations,
setting SMART goals for themselves and their team, appropriate
delegation, providing constructive feedback to staff members,
time management tools, and conflict resolutions strategies.
