Resolving Conflicts (Supervisor Training Series sponsored by Northwest State Community College)

For a workplace to operate efficiently, conflict must be recognized
and dealt with quickly and effectively. By understanding the signs
of conflict and getting to the root cause of the problem,
managers will be able to eliminate the issue and minimize its
impact. This course will discuss strategies that manager can use
